Why Build a Pressure Washing Rig?
When you have a pressure washing rig, you will:
- Clean faster and better.
- Go anywhere you want.
- Look like a real pro.
- Wash big places and little spots too.
- Have every tool right with you.
A pressure washing setup from CLW GROUP makes every job shine! We use the very best parts. We help you build what you need. We also give you tips, just like friends.
Step 1: Choosing the Right Pressure Washing Rig Parts
Pick the Best Pressure Washer Machine
You can pick a pressure washer with good PSI (it means how strong the water is) and GPM (Gallons Per Minute, which is how fast water comes out). Strong PSI will clean tough dirt. Big GPM is for big, fast jobs. We have both hot water ja cold water pressure washing options.
Our famous machines have:
- Honda engine tai Kohler engine for power.
- Triplex plunger pump for long life.
- Many PSI choices, like 4000 PSI, for tough jobs!
- Choices for commercial pressure washing setup or even home use.
Choose a Buffer Water Tank
A water tank is your friend. It feeds water to your washer so you never run dry!
- 200-300 gallons is just right for most rigs.
- Made of strong plastic; holds clean water.
- Tanks big or small—all shapes, all sizes.
Get Chemical Tanks
Want to wash a house? Maybe use a degreaser or another cleaner? Pick special chemical tanks.
- Use different tanks for different chemicals.
- Chemical-resistant tanks keep you safe.
Pick Hose Reels and Hoses
1. Tarvitset hose reels to wrap up your pressure hose ja supply hose.
- Manual for pulling by hand. Electric reels make it easy!
- Long hoses reach far spots.
- Hoses are strong, never burst! Rated for 4000-6000 PSI.
Great Accessories and Tools
Add things like:
- Surface cleaner for big, flat ground.
- Guns and wands for spraying.
- Nozzles for different jobs.
- Chemical injection system for soapy jobs.
- Filters to keep dirty stuff out.
- Quick connects for snap-on and snap-off fun.
Step 2: Build Your Rig! Trailer or Skid?
At CLW GROUP, we make it easy. You choose where to build your rig.
Trailer Pressure Washing Rig
- Park your rig on a strong trailer axle with a hitch.
- Lots of space for many tanks and tools.
- Move it with your truck.
- Great for big commercial jobs.

We make both at CLW GROUP! See our special trucks factory for more.

Hook Up Chemicals

Using Chemicals Safely

- Rinse everything very well.
On the Job Site
