Let’s Get Ready: Pre-Trip Steps

You don’t want to start your trip with a dirty truck. You don’t want your refrigerator to break mid-trip! Here’s a handy checklist:

  • Clean and Sanitize: Wash the reefer trailer inside. No dirt, no bugs, no old food. Use safe cleaners for sanitization.
  • Pre-cool the Trailer: Start the cool air early. The whole trailer reaches the right temperature before you load anything in.
  • Check the Refrigerated Truck: Is there fuel? Is the reefer unit set right? Are the alarms OK?
  • Check Seals, Insulation, and Vents: No holes! No cold air leaks. Good 4. عزل keeps things cold.

How to Load Food the Right Way

You must pre-cool the produce. Cold food goes in a cold truck. This is the secret to less spoilage and long life!

Keep Control: Temperature and More on the Road
